For starters, let me tell you a bit about myself. My name is Chelsea and I live with my husband and our two fur babies in Follansbee, WV.  The idea of these "Luxury Picnics" came about when I wanted to take my passion for planning and designing, but turn it into something I could create for others. During the pandemic is whenever I had the idea of taking the fine dining aspect of a restaurant and creating that same atmosphere for people in a private setting, but making it this cozy, relaxing atmosphere where all they had to do was enjoy themselves. That is when Picture Perfect Picnics was born. As the business has grown we have expanded into grazing tables, luncheon catering, and so much more.
